「牛肉とニンニクの芽の黒酢山椒炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ131)」
山椒は出来れば、中国山椒がいいですね。
スーパーの中華材料売り場にあると思うので、試しに買ってみてください。
材料
牛肉薄切り120g
ニンニクの芽1／2袋
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、オイスターソース、酒各大さじ1
仕上げ用
粉山椒少々
作り方
1.ニンニクの芽は4～5センチ長さに切る。
2.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ、牛肉を炒め、ほぐれてきたらニンニクの芽を入れ、火が通るまで炒める。
3.火が通ったら調味料を入れ、軽く炒めて皿に盛り付ける。
4.仕上げに粉山椒を振りかけて完成。
