今日の料理は、お腹を温めるアジ。お腹の働きをよくするカリフラワーと体の余分な湿を取るセロリ。巡りをよくする青ジソを使った、梅雨時におすすめの料理です。
アジは、お腹を内側から温め、健やかな状態に保ってくれる働きがあります。
お腹が冷えると食欲不振など体調不良の原因にも。
そんなときに、お腹を温めるアジがおすすめ。冷え性の方もぜひ活用したい食材です。
材料 アジ(25cm)3枚おろし1尾分、カリフラワー2房、セロリ4cm・青ジソ2枚千切り
調味料 醤油大さじ1、味醂・酒・酢小さじ1.5、豆板醤・片栗粉小さじ1/4、胡椒少々
作り方
1.カリフラワーは小さく切り分け、皿に乗せ水をふりかけラップをしてレンジで1分加熱する。
2.アジは中骨などを取りひと口大に切り、酒小さじ1を振りかけ、片栗粉(分量外)を付ける。
3.フライパンに油小さじ1を入れ、アジを焼く。
4.火が通ったらカリフラワーを入れ一度火を止め、調味料を入れタレが絡むように混ぜ合わせる。
5.火をつけざっくり炒めたら、仕上げにごま油を入れ皿に盛りセロリとシソを盛る。
